About Dr. Adams
Naturopathic Primary Care & Acupuncture
Dr. Adams is devoted to helping patients of all ages find balance, build resilience, and connect with their bodies through naturopathic primary care and complementary services.
Dr. Adams believes the body speaks and healing begins with listening. She partners with patients as collaborators in their care, honoring their lived experience alongside clinical insight. Her approach is rooted in whole-person medicine, balancing symptom relief and long-term wellness.
Dr. Adams embodies the Naturopathic principle of docere (doctor as teacher), placing emphasis on patient education as a means of individual empowerment.
Dr. Adams earned her doctoral degree in Naturopathic medicine and Masters of Science of Oriental medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, including six years of education and three years of internship. After graduating, Dr. Adams completed a full-time two-year residency at Kwan Yin Healing Arts Center prior to starting her own practice.
Additionally, Dr. Adams received specialty training in Anthroposophic medicine, western herbalism, German biological medicine, endocrinology, women’s health, gastrointestinal and hepatic support, neuro-feedback to treat traumatic brain injury, and mental and behavioral health.
